My outfit today was a quick pick, I didn’t have any stress figuring the outfit out because of my love for turtle necks. I always imagine every outfit with a turtle neck top maybe because there’s this sophisticated and classy look turtle neck gives you.🤷🏽♀️

Turtle necks are a “Must have fashion item” for both gender.
History of turtle necks 👇🏾
It originated as a form of protective wear.
During medieval times knights wore chain mail, chafed necks were the worst part, it prevented knights from turning their heads quickly in battle. This restriction of movement was obviously a huge problem when attempting to defend oneself during a fight.

I tried so much to smoothen this dress but corduroy is a stubborn material 😑
I decided to pair the outfit with a bag I thrifted for N650 (I know, it’s unbelievable) and a top shop shoe that looks like a sandal and a boot at the same time 😂😂As a vintage blogger, I’ll keep on emphasizing on the fact that these fashion items are re-emerging from way back that’s why I’m in love with everything vintage I mean it covers all aspect of fashion.
